Happy TRX Tuesday. 8 magnificent participants filled my class to its maximum capacity today. The TRX Foundations class is up and going here at InShape Fitness, Handford-CA. TRX is scientifically proven to improve total-body strength and stability. Some of the moves we did today: TRX Chest Press, TRX Alt. Forward Lunge and TRX Squat/Lunge. I did the workout myself and YES, it’s challenging ☝
