Here are 6 moves you can do on a TRX: Overhead Back Extension, Squats, Triceps Row, Curtsie Lunge, Biceps Curl and Power Pull. You can do these moves as a warmup to any workout ahead of you. Make sure the straps are on medium length. Repeat each move 30 sec and then go on to the next one. You may repeat the sequence one more time. For a more intense workout, do each move for 1 min, rest 15 seconds, and move on. You may repeat the sequence 3 times. Try it out at your local gym. Have fun!
