Pre-workout morning breakfeast

Starting the day right is fundamental to a successful workout. Fruits, greens and a little touch of whole milk makes a perfect smoothie. Add 1 egg on the side. Perfect before teaching BODYPUMP and doing my own HIIT after ?.  This is what you need:

1/2 small avocado

1/2 carrot


1/4 cup Whole Milk Greek Yogurt (any flavor you like best)
