Simple Meat Loaf Recipe – Saturday, February 24, 2018

This is a delicious meatloaf you can make to bake right away or keep it pre-mixed in the refrigerator and bake it the next day.  You could also freeze it after you bake it.  I enjoyed eating this with a baked potato and Brussel sprouts.

This is what you will need:

2lb ground beef

2 tsp salt

Black pepper

Dried parsley

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1 small can of tomato paste (6 oz)

1 cup oats

1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Cilantro

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Watch the video to see how it’s supposed to look like.
