Who out there is good at planning your meals for the whole week ahead of you? I am terrible at it, honestly. Usually, I think about what we are going to have for dinner in the morning, see what I have available, make sure meats are defrosted and go with that. Now for the past couple months, my evenings are becoming somewhat crazy. I still manage to get my family eating at home but we have been having pasta and meat sauce way too many times.? This weekend I decided to be more specific in my planning and actually getting some things pre-done on Sunday evening. So, meatloaf is on the menu this week, Monday and Wednesday, and homemade pizza on Friday. Tuesday and Thursday, oh well… still thinking
