Sunday morning, nothing more delicious than a fresh bun, the ones I made yesterday, and two eggs.
Sunday evening intsead of cooking dinner for the same evening, I cook dinner for Monday and Tuesday. I tried to use the same kind of meet. Today I focused on making meatballs. This is my recepie for meatballs:
2 lb of ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix all ingredients until everything keeps itself together, almost like a big piece of dough. If it feels too soft, add a little more breadcrumbs. If the dough is too tough, add a little more milk. Roll the balls with your hands.
Once the meatballs are done, you can use them in a dish right away, or freeze. Today I made two dishes:
Sweet and sour meatballs
Meatball spaghetti sauce
I will at some point in the future make a video on how to make the meatballs, the sweet and sour sauce and spaghetti sauce.
